Terms and Conditions of the LineOne 2025 Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. LineOne reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this webpage.

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Louisiana, 18 years or older. Employees of LineOne, their families, and those living in the same household are ineligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully bound by these rules. LineOne’s decisions are final in all matters concerning the giveaway.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted from 10/1/2024 to 11/1/2025. All entries must be received by 11/1/2025. Winner will be announced on 12/1/2025. LineOne reserves the right to extend the giveaway if a minimum of 25 service agreements are not yet installed. Participants will be notified of any date changes via email or phone.

4. How to Enter (Submit a Referral): Earn entries for referring businesses and/or signing a new LineOne hosted UCaaS phone service agreement.

Submit referral via any of the following method:

5. Referring a Business: Entrants must provide the name and contact information for the business you are referring. We will contact that person to find out if LineOne is a good fit for their business phone system. Once your referral becomes a LineOne client, you’ll receive one (1) entry for each user supported by the initial agreement.

6. Obtaining Entries: Entries are awarded to both the referring party and the client when a new or existing LineOne client enters into a new service agreement. In the case of a self-referral, the client receives both sets of entries (as both the referrer and client). There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.

For Example: If you refer a business that signs a new service agreement for phone service with 10 users, you will receive 10 entries into the drawing. The business will also receive 10 entries into the drawing. If you refer your own business and you sign a new service agreement for 10 users, your name will be entered into the drawing 20 times (10 entries as the referrer and 10 entries as the client).

7. Rules for Qualification: Only new service agreements are eligible. Existing clients may refer themselves if an agreement is signed for a new location only; however, existing client will only receive entries as the client (not as the referrer). Upgrades or additional users to existing client service agreements are not eligible. Only referrals to businesses apply. LineOne does not serve home and personal use clients.

8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Prizes: The Prize is the choice of two options.

– Option 1: 2024 EZGO Express L6 Elite Golf Cart has an approximate value of

$19,000. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.

– Option 2: Receive $10,000 in the form of a check.

The prize is non-transferable, and any taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be held under LineOne’s supervision. The winner will be notified via email or phone. If the winner cannot be reached within 15 days or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant LineOne the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Liability: LineOne is not liable for any technical issues, unauthorized interventions, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.

13. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by Louisiana law. Any disputes will be resolved in Louisiana courts, and participants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.

14. Privacy: Information submitted is subject to LineOne’s privacy policy, available on https://line.one/privacy

15. Publicity and Modifications: LineOne may modify or terminate the giveaway without notice. By entering, participants agree to the terms outlined here.
